November 2005
Tuesday 29 November - Q School, Orlando, Florida
Apologies for the lack of updates the last couple
of months. It has been a hectic time, mainly with practice
and also with Q School Stage 2, which I managed to finish
in the top 10. I am now in Orlando on the eve of the 6 round
event from hell, otherwise known as Tour School or Q School.
To be honest it is not that bad. I have been through it before
and feel good going into the week. It is not about winning
this week, it is about putting 6 solid rounds of golf together
which I can do. The goal is top 30 to keep my card and be
able to plan for a good 2006 schedule. I am working with a
new coach, Jon Tattersall, who has really helped get me my
game back in shape. We will see the results this week! You
can keep track on PGATOUR.com. Feel free to drop me an email,

Wednesday 30 November - Q School, Orlando, Florida, 72 (even)
A solid start around the Crooked Cat course at Orange
County National. I dropped a couple of shots over the first
12 holes, but managed to birdie both par 5s on the back nine
to pull my score back to level. This puts me in the middle
of the pack and a couple off the top 30 pace. Like I said,
it's a marathon and not a sprint. The goal is top 30 by the
end of the week, not the beginning. Catch up after my round
on Panther Lakes. Bye for now, Per
