Tuesday 30 November - Q School, La Quinta, California
I have been here for a couple of days in La Quinta practicing for the PGA TOUR Qualifying School. I do have status on TOUR in 2005 through a medical extension, because of my hip surgery, but doing well here this week would improve my status. Top 30 this week gives a player entry into about 20 events. I am feeling good and have been on the West Coast for a few weeks now playing and practicing. Last week I played in the Callaway Golf Invitational at Pebble Beach and played well over some windy days to make the cut. I will keep you updated each day on my progress over the 6 gruelling rounds.
