Wednesday 7 April - West Palm Beach
I am back in West Palm after 3 days in Pittsburgh. I was there to have an arthroscopic operation on my left hip. It's been bothering me for a while now and after several visits to specialists, I was advised to have surgery. I am on crutches for a couple of weeks before beginning rehab. It means I am out for at least 8 weeks and will miss many of my favourite events, but it was neccessary to get this done at this time. It will help down the line, especially as I have to walk 7000 yards each day for 4 or 5 days each week for a living! I will keep you up to date with my progress and come mid/late June I will be ready and hopefully fit for a big push on TOUR as I try to maximise my playing opportunities. Catch up soon, Per
